League Table To Be Proud Of

Deriaz Slater Commercial came 3rd in Thames Valley Office Agency League Table from FOCUS with 4.92 per cent Market Share, by conducting more property disposals in the past 12 months than many of its competitors in the Thames Valley including many large London agents.

The league table, now in its third year, reports that Deriaz Slater Commercial  is currently marketing  office properties across the Thames Valley, equating to 3.10 per cent of the market. It also shows that between 1 September 2006 and 31 August 2007 that Deriaz Slater came in 8th with 96,752 sq ft in office  acquisitions 4.59 per cent of the market share and leading as local agent.

FOCUS, part of the CoStar Group, is a leading authority on commercial property and the Office Agency League Table, aims to rank the relative performance of agents in terms of the total office space being marketed, as well as success rates in disposals and acquisitions. The results were reviewed by an independent analyst.
